Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Staff member located in Sanchore. As a Field Staff member, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, assessing and resolving issues, providing customer service support, and troubleshooting problems. You will also be responsible for training clients and ensuring they understand the use of our products and solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training clients and end-users Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Relevant field experience in the chemical or related industries is beneficial Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
