Responsibilities: ERP Implementation Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the phased rollout of ERP modules (Academic, HR, Finance, Stores, Examination, etc.). Configure ERP settings and workflows as per institutional requirements. Liaise with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth deployment. User Requirement Analysis: Gather and document functional requirements from various departments. Map business processes and assist in gap analysis between institutional practices and ERP functionality. Testing & Validation: Conduct functional testing of ERP modules before and after deployment. Identify bugs or misalignments and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution. User Training & Support: Assist in training faculty, administrative staff, and students on ERP usage. Provide first-level support and issue resolution during and post-implementation. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare implementation reports, SOPs, training manuals, and user guides. Maintain logs of feedback, issues, and resolutions for continuous improvement. Data Migration & Integrity: Coordinate with departments for data collection and validation. Support clean and secure data migration into the ERP system. Compliance & Coordination: Ensure ERP implementation aligns with university policies, statutory compliance and accreditation standards. Coordinate with external ERP vendors, audit teams, and internal QA departments.
You should have a good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Masters Degree - MBA (Healthcare) level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. In addition to the academic qualifications, you must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR. It is also required to have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
