The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about Personal Loan and other financial products and services, and generating leads. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and customer details, handling customer inquiries professionally, and following up with clients as necessary. Telecallers will also assist in building customer relationships and execute sales in various capacities. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of financial products and services Basic in using CRM software and other related tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
