Join us as a Technical Project Manager and play a pivotal role in revolutionising organic waste treatment and management in small towns and villages. - Be part of an eco-driven mission to transform waste into sustainable energy and resources - Work with a dedicated and innovative team focused on environmental impact - Opportunities for growth and leadership in the green infrastructure sector Key Responsibilities Supervise construction and implementation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants, and solid waste management facilities. Coordinate site activities, ensuring effective communication between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor and ensure quality control during construction and operation phases. Oversee and manage the implementation of plant designs, including mechanical, civil, and electrical components. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Ready to travel to site(s) as/when required. Support the commissioning and operational handover of completed plants. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree (BE/BTech) or equivalent in any branch of engineering. Proven experience (at least 5 years or more) in project management for infrastructure projects, preferably related to: Sewage treatment plant construction; Anaerobic digestion (biogas) plant construction, operation, or management; Strong understanding of design implementation and site supervision; Excellent communication and coordination skills. Experience in quality control and compliance standards for environmental infrastructure projects is a plus. Location Head Office - Delhi Site - Gurugram
