Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the growth of Sujata's market share in the region. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, providing feedback to the management team, and executing promotional activities. Qualifications Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills Experience in Distributor Management and Client Relationship Management Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Willingness to travel within the assigned region
