Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and streamline daily hotel operations, with a strong focus on managing online bookings and OTA platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip . The ideal candidate will have a background in the hotel or hospitality industry and be capable of ensuring a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-out. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services. Manage and update online inventory, rates, promotions, and content across Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Goibibo, and other OTAs . Monitor OTA performance, booking trends, cancellations, and reviews; take corrective actions when needed. Coordinate with the front office team to ensure accurate room availability and avoid overbooking. Respond promptly to guest queries and booking messages on OTA extranets. Ensure accurate billing and reservation details in the PMS (Property Management System). Analyze occupancy forecasts, room pricing strategies, and revenue management. Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards. Resolve guest complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner. Assist in staff scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, and hotel audits. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management. Qualifications & Skills: 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations, with hands-on experience managing OTAs. Familiarity with Booking.com Extranet , Expedia Partner Central, Channel Managers, and Property Management Systems (PMS). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong problem-solving skills and guest-first mindset. Flexible with work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
