Sujalaam Sustainability LLP is looking for a dedicated and capable Site Engineer (Civil Engineering background) to manage end-to-end execution of our Recharge Well & Rainwater Harvesting projects across industrial and institutional sites in and around ahmedabad. Role Overview As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete project cycle—from site mobilisation to final handover . You will represent SSL on-site, ensuring high-quality execution, coordination, compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee site mobilisation, layout marking, resource planning & material handling Manage tube well drilling, reaming, pipe lowering, gravel packing & well development Supervise installation of recharge systems , chambers, filtration units & ancillary structures Ensure proper commissioning, testing, and final performance checks Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and project documentation Handle site-level compliances, permissions & formalities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal technical teams Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to project timelines Represent SSL professionally at all project locations Who Can Apply Civil Engineers (Diploma or Degree) Candidates with site execution or project management interest Freshers with strong field orientation are also encouraged Job Details 📍 Primary Location: Around Ahmedabad.
