We are seeking an Oracle NetSuite Manager to join our team at RSM, the leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally. As an Oracle NetSuite Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert on NetSuite implementations, overseeing client delivery, solutioning, and end-to-end implementation. Your responsibilities will include driving requirement discussions with clients, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions, designing custom solutions, and coordinating with onshore teams to complete project tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting UAT/SIT, writing test scripts, configuring NetSuite solutions, and leading technical design sessions. To qualify for this role, you should have 9-15 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience and have led multiple NetSuite implementations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, along with certifications such as Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Admin. Experience in finance modules, client discovery sessions, and system walkthroughs is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in internal and client communications, and have prior experience leading in business requirements, especially in finance modules. Certification in NetSuite ERP Consultant, Admin, ARM, Multibook enablement, and Certified Financial User is a plus. This position is based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and may require travel of less than 20%. The preferred educational background includes CA/CPA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), B.E or MSc in Computer Application, or an MBA in Technology.
