The RMO will be responsible for attending to emergency cases, monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining patient records, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. The role includes daily ward rounds, coordinating with other medical staff, and ensuring patient safety and care at all times. Qualifications Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) Strong clinical skills and patient management experience Ability to handle emergency cases efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice Experience in a hospital setting is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Basic knowledge of hospital information systems
