SuccessFactors Security Analyst

You will be responsible for the role of SuccessFactors Security Analyst at ADM. Your main tasks will include: - Building, deploying, and administering role-based security for SAP Applications - Mitigating segregation of duties for application related business functions - Managing SAP Security Incident Management Process - Maintaining security roles within on-premises and cloud SAP Applications - Managing the credentials for all SAAS Applications integrated through Single Sign On - Governing privileged access management processes continuously - Collaborating with Internal Audit and Risk and Controls for application compliance - Configuring and supporting Data Protection Requirements to meet policy and security framework requirements - Keeping informed of emerging security solutions, capabilities, and tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks related to access management - Designing and implementing security improvements within the broader Global Information Security function Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Security, application security principles, role-based security approach, and identity management practices - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and administering complex application security - Strong security experience related to concepts of least privilege, risk management, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and access controls - Ability to maintain and configure permission groups, permission roles, and RBP - Proficiency in reviewing and implementing changes to user roles per business requirements - Experience in conducting regular audits of user access and role permissions - Ability to handle user provisioning and de-provisioning - Knowledge in Transport Management within the SuccessFactors Environment - Familiarity with managing Admin accounts and facilitating the process interaction with SAP IAS - Monitoring SFTP jobs for account creation in IAS/LMS - Effective communication and collaboration skills with other team members in a geographic and culturally diverse workforce - Strong sense of professionalism and ethics Desired skills for this role may include: - Application security or role-based security experience or knowledge in SAP on-premises / Cloud applications like SAP S4HANA, FIORI, HANA DB, BODS, Coupa, CIS, SAP SAC, BTP, or other SAP applications - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory,
