Subscart is an innovative subscription management platform designed for vendors and customers in industries like food services, wellness, and retail. It is designed to simplify recurring purchases for both vendors and customers. Unlike traditional methods like WhatsApp orders or manual tracking, we provide a structured, automated system where vendors can create and manage flexible subscription plans, track deliveries, and handle payments effortlessly. Customers, on the other hand, get full control over their subscriptions, pausing, swapping, and buying extra deliveries, all within an intuitive app. Position: Flutter Developer We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with a strong understanding of Node.js backend systems and working knowledge of AWS . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a solid grasp of responsive design principles, and can deliver high-quality, smooth, and optimized mobile applications for both Android and iOS . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android . Build and optimize responsive UIs that deliver smooth, consistent experiences across devices and screen sizes. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate and maintain Node.js APIs . Implement efficient state management, clean architecture, and performance tuning for faster load times and smoother animations. Work with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and EC2 to support backend and deployment needs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 2 years of experience developing production-grade applications using Flutter . Strong understanding of responsive UI design , animation, and performance optimization. Proven experience integrating with Node.js backends and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with AWS environments (S3, Lambda, EC2, or Amplify). Experience publishing and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play Store . Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod). Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or serverless frameworks. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Exposure to product development in startup or early-stage environments. Location Initially Remote . Based on performance and project requirements, developers will have the opportunity to transition to an onsite role in Muscat Oman within a month .. Compensation The starting compensation for this role is ₹4.5 Lakh per annum (in-hand) . As the position begins remotely, this represents a complete saving for the candidate with no recurring expenses. If selected for an onsite role, all related costs including visa, travel, accommodation, and meals will be fully covered by the company . Subscart conducts regular performance reviews , and compensation will be revised based on individual contribution, technical growth, and overall impact .
