Role & responsibilities Manage set of programs for short refit or normal refit of Scorpene submarines with assigned PMO. Prepare the program using the India program management policy with the PMO (scope validation, WBS, cost breakdown, change management, Purchase requirements, assessment of R&O, QAP, information systems requirement, definition of milestones based on the program type etc.) Coordinate with internal (design, technical, quality, purchase, logistics) and external stakeholders (IN, MDL, Suppliers) for program execution.
