Subject Matter Faculty (Technical RRB ALP & Technician Grade I)

As a Subject Matter Faculty specializing in Technical subjects for RRB ALP & Technician Grade I, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to aspirants preparing for these exams. This freelance opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong command over technical subjects and a passion for teaching. The key subjects required for this role include Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Instrumentation, Fitter, Turner, Machinist Trades (as per RRB ALP CBT 2 Part B), and Basic Science and Engineering (for Technician Grade I). Your main responsibilities will include delivering structured and interactive live/video sessions in alignment with the RRB ALP & Technician syllabus, preparing class notes, topic-wise assignments, and mock/practice questions, resolving students" queries to ensure conceptual clarity, and collaborating with academic and content teams for effective planning and updates. Maintaining consistency in teaching quality and punctuality is also crucial. To be eligible for this role, you should have an educational qualification of Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in the relevant discipline or trade, with a minimum of 1 year of teaching or industry experience preferred. Familiarity with the latest RRB ALP & Technician syllabus and exam pattern is essential, along with strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Prior experience in online teaching would be an added advantage.
