Subject Matter Expert (Physics)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Physics who will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and enhancing academic content. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to create error-free, high-quality content for school/competitive examinations (CBSE, ICSE, JEE, NEET, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and edit Physics content for textbooks, reference books, and digital platforms.
• Create high-quality solutions for academic questions, practice papers, and assessments.
• Ensure content accuracy, conceptual clarity, and alignment with curriculum guidelines (NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, JEE, NEET, etc.).
• Work closely with the editorial and product development teams to maintain content quality and consistency.
• Conduct detailed research to simplify complex Physics concepts into student-friendly explanations.
• Provide subject expertise for illustrations, diagrams, and step-by-step problem-solving approaches.
• Analyze trends in competitive exams and integrate them into question development.
• Review peer work to ensure plagiarism-free, error-free, and original content.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Physics or related field (M.Sc./B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD).
• Strong academic background with in-depth conceptual understanding of Physics.
• Prior experience as an SME, teacher, faculty, or content developer in Physics is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LaTeX, or other content development tools (preferred).

Pay: ₹9,798.79 - ₹38,998.36 per month
