Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Math with education specialty

Employment Type: Full-Time - Freelancer

Experience: 5+years of experience in teaching / developing content, digital content exp preferred.

Location: Remote/ Work from Home.

You will work closely with instructional designers, developers, and creative teams to deliver high-quality, interactive content that simplifies through stories, visuals, manipulatives, and experiential learning strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong vision and provide strategic content development for Math in the Primary Years Product as a globally scalable module of School AI.
• Coordinate as per the Head of Education Primary years to align the content with product specifications and ensure readiness.
• Develop comprehensive grade-wise Math curriculum maps, aligned with national and international standards.
• Primary Years Curriculum overview, Validation and design the curriculum as per the grade levels.
• Design interactive digital learning experiences using the CPA (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) approach and real-world applications.
• Create a wide range of content including videos, worksheets, assessments, puzzles, games, and activities that support student understanding.
• Build diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments with performance rubrics and fluency checks.
• Research best practices in primary Math instruction, curriculum reforms (e.g., NEP 2020), and innovative EdTech tools to continuously improve content.
• Collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure content is visually engaging and learner-friendly.
• Conduct internal reviews and integrate academic feedback to ensure content quality, coherence and grade-appropriateness.
• Align all deliverables with project timelines and product requirements.

Key Skills Requirement:

• Pedagogical Expertise in IB Primary Math pedagogy and curriculum
• Experience with visual models, story-based instruction, and inquiry-driven learning.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, GeoGebra, or other digital content creation
• platforms.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to simplify Math concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
