Job Summary

MetaChem Academy invites accomplished researchers and professionals to design and deliver online workshops

undergraduates, graduates (BS/MS), PhD scholars, postdocs, and faculty

Responsibilities

• Propose a focused workshop (25 days; 1.5 hrs/day) with clear learning outcomes
• Prepare slides/demos, datasets, or case studies; provide references/reading
• Teach live on Zoom; engage Q&A and short activities
• Share post-session materials (slides/notes/problem sets)
• Coordinate with our team on schedule, promotion, and certificates
• Optional: set a small assignment or demo for hands-on learning

Minimum Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry

  or an

  interdisciplinary field

  with strong chemistry relevance
• Proven expertise (publications, patents, industry track record, or teaching experience)
• Clear communication; comfort with online teaching tools
• Preference for instructors with real-world case studies or applied projects

Compensation

• Honorarium + performance-based share (participant-driven), negotiated per workshop
• Certificates issued to participants; co-branding available for instructors
