Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Sawombung. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include meeting potential clients, presenting the company's construction services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role will also involve market research, reporting sales progress, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Qualifications Sales and Relationship-building skills Experience in developing sales strategies and performing market research Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
