Position Overview: We are inviting applications from qualified and dedicated professionals in General Medicine for academic and clinical roles across all levels of faculty and residency. The ideal candidates will be passionate educators and skilled clinicians, willing to contribute actively to teaching, patient care, and departmental growth. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. Perform and supervise diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in General Medicine. Manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions. Participate in clinical rounds, specialty clinics, and interdepartmental case discussions. Academic & Teaching Duties: Teach and mentor undergraduate (MBBS) students and junior residents. Conduct theory and clinical classes, bedside teaching, and academic assessments. Supervise case presentations, seminars, journal clubs, and clinical audits. Support curriculum development and academic planning. Research & Development: Undertake clinical research and contribute to publications in reputed journals. Guide student and resident research projects. Stay updated with latest evidence-based practices and integrate them into teaching and care. Administrative & Collaborative Roles: Participate in departmental planning, CME activities, and hospital committees. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must hold an MD/DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution. Relevant teaching and/or clinical experience should align with the standards set by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for academic and non-academic medical positions. Why Join Us?
