As a Safety Training Program Coordinator at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by designing and implementing comprehensive safety training programs. Your responsibilities will include preparing HSE training programs in compliance with regulations, scheduling training sessions, and overseeing employee participation in various safety committees. You will be responsible for administering worker compensation cases, maintaining safety regulations, and inspecting fire protection equipment to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, you will review and update EHS policies, conduct safety audits, and track safety document-controlled procedures to ensure adherence to all safety protocols. Collaboration with customers for safety initiatives, managing hazardous waste, supervising a team of Site Safety Officers and Fire Marshals, and developing emergency response plans will be key aspects of your role. You will also monitor HSE procedures, recommend strategies to avoid incidents, and participate in site safety committees to analyze job hazard activities. Your role will involve responding to emails, attending meetings, conducting safety talks, and following up on inspections. You will also be responsible for preparing OH&S checklists, training onsite teams, and actively monitoring contractors and subcontractors for compliance with safety policies.
