Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of sub-system deliverables, meeting quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Teams, Integration Teams, and other sub-systems), lead cross-functional activities, and manage stakeholder coordination, and much more.You'll specifically take care of aligning sub-system requirements with project objectives, but also monitor and control sub-system activities from initiation to completion.We'll look to you for:
- Contributing to the successful execution of project strategies within the sub-system scope
- Leading and coordinating sub-system activities and stakeholders to meet QCDP objectives
- Planning, monitoring, and managing sub-system schedules, resources, and risks
- Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and processes
- Supporting consistent cross-functional execution of sub-system deliverables
- Collaborating with other sub-systems and project-level teams to resolve overarching issues

- Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience as a manager of an operational scope (minimum 2 years)
- Understanding of project management processes
- Familiarity with multi-site and multi-disciplinary team collaboration
- An IPMA Level D (or equivalent) certification is desirable
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
