Position Overview: We are seeking multiple experienced Freelance SAP S/4 HANA Trainers to deliver comprehensive training programs for aspiring SAP consultants. The role focuses on equipping candidates with practical skills in core SAP modules to prepare them for real-world consulting roles. This is a flexible freelance training opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver interactive training sessions on SAP S/4 HANA modules: FICO (Finance & Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and HCM (Human Capital Management). Cover end-to-end SAP implementation projects, blending theoretical concepts with hands-on practical exercises using SAP systems. Provide customized training notes, study materials, and resources to support candidate learning and certification preparation. Assess trainee progress through quizzes, simulations, and project-based evaluations to ensure job-ready proficiency. Adapt training to diverse learner needs, including beginners and intermediate professionals aiming for SAP consultant positions. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, with expertise in FICO / MM / SD / PP / HCM modules. Proven track record as a trainer and consultant, with experience in end-to-end project lifecycles (blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live). Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex SAP concepts for non-technical audiences. Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (preferred) and familiarity with latest updates (e.g., 2023/2024 releases, SAP Fiori & SAP joule). Availability for virtual/in-person sessions (20-40 hours/week, self-motivated with reliable remote delivery tools.
