Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operators with hands-on experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers . The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machine setup, tool selection, basic G-code programming, and be able to interpret complex technical drawings. Experience in machining aerospace-grade materials such as titanium, Inconel, and composites will be a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers . Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets . Select and install tools, fixtures, and programs as per production requirements. Make offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed. Inspect first articles and perform in-process quality checks using measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, CMM). Maintain cleanliness and accuracy of the machine and work environment. Maintain production documentation and logbooks . Troubleshoot machining problems and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with the programming and QC teams to ensure compliance with part specifications. Required Skills and Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making. Minimum 5 years of experience in operating CNC machines. Strong experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control systems. Familiar with G-code / M-code , able to make minor edits or basic programs. Ability to operate multiple-axis machines (3, 4, and 5-axis) with confidence. Sound knowledge of cutting parameters, tools, and feeds & speeds . Experience in aerospace or defense precision machining preferred.
