As a Fashion Marketing Associate at Fitleasure, you will play a key role in managing social media, influencer marketing, PR coordination, brand events, and celebrity/stylist liaison. Your responsibilities will include daily content planning and coordination across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align social media with product launches, campaigns, and brand tone. Monitoring trends, platform updates, and audience conversations will be crucial to optimize strategies based on analytics. In the realm of influencer marketing and PR coordination, you will be tasked with identifying and managing collaborations with fashion, fitness, and lifestyle influencers. This includes handling barter deals, paid partnerships, and campaign briefings. You will oversee the creation and dispatch of PR packages, as well as coordinate with stylists for celebrity placements while tracking influencer ROI. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning creative fitness-based brand activations, coordinating vendors and logistics, and ensuring live social coverage during events. Maintaining brand visibility and conducting online follow-ups post-events will be essential. Your role will also involve collaborating with stylists for celebrity product placements, curating looks, managing dispatches, and tracking press/image coverage. Building strong relationships with stylists, fashion publicists, and insiders will be crucial to success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role is creative, organized, and well-versed in fashion, youth culture, and digital trends. With at least 3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or fashion branding, you should be a strong communicator, multitasker, and relationship builder. A passion for the fusion of fashion, fitness, and celebrity culture is essential, alongside a self-starting attitude that thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
