having minimum 1-2 year working experience

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients interested in study abroad or tourist visa services.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide complete information about courses, universities, countries, and visa processes.
• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures clearly.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for counsellors or senior team members.
• Provide guidance on destinations such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Singapore, etc.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and track daily performance targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service with a polite, professional communication style.
• Assist in resolving client concerns and provide correct solutions.
• Coordinate with counsellors, back-end team, and management for smooth workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
