Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Overseas Education Counselor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will guide students through the entire study abroad journey from selecting the right course and university to assisting with applications and visa procedures. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations abroad. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. Guide students through the application and admission process for international universities. Assist with visa documentation and processing(optional) Conduct career counseling sessions , seminars, and information sessions for students and parents. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring a supportive experience throughout the process. Keep up to date with the latest information about universities, courses, scholarships, and visa regulations. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Bachelors /Diploma in any field 3-5 years of experience in overseas education counseling or student advisory roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking. Knowledge of visa processes and international education systems (UK, Singapore, Australia, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office
