Guide students through the complete overseas education process — from course selection to admission and visa application. Provide personalized counseling based on each student’s academic background, interests, career goals, and financial capacity. Assist students in choosing suitable universities, colleges, and programs across various study destinations. Maintain updated knowledge of international institutions, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations. Conduct information sessions, seminars, and one-on-one meetings to educate students and parents about study options abroad. Evaluate and verify students’ academic documents and eligibility for desired programs. Coordinate with international universities and educational partners for student applications, offers, and admissions. Prepare students for visa interviews, pre-departure briefings, and cultural orientation sessions. Maintain accurate and organized student databases, application records, and follow-up reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as set by the management. Ensure all counseling and admission activities comply with institutional and immigration regulations. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to students, parents, and partners.
