We are looking for an enthusiastic Study Abroad Advisor for our Kochi branch, who will guide students through every stage of their international education journey.

What is a Student Counselor?

As a Study Counselor or Study Abroad advisor, you will play a key role in assisting students with course selection, university applications, and visa guidance. You will act as the primary contact for students and parents, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and personalized counseling experience.

As a Higher Education Consultant or International Education Consultant, your Key Responsibilities will be,

• Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, including suitable courses, universities, and countries.
• Understand each student’s academic background, career aspirations, and financial capabilities to provide the best-fit advice.
• Manage enquiry calls, handle walk-ins, and respond promptly to student queries.
• Maintain accurate student data in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application and admission processes.
• Stay updated on global education trends, scholarships, and visa regulations.
• Conduct or assist in pre-departure sessions and student orientation programs.
• Marketing and Promotion: Actively promote study abroad programs by organizing information sessions, developing promotional materials, and participating in recruitment events to increase student awareness in Kochi.
• Professional Development: Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in international education by attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring excellence in study abroad advising and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience as a student abroad advisor /student counselor in Kochi or in the study abroad field is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
