You will be joining a handcrafted slow fashion label with global aspirations, that combines traditional Indian techniques with contemporary global silhouettes. The label has been featured in premium multi-designer stores and platforms, and is now looking to expand direct sales through its website and Etsy platform. Your role as a Performance Marketer / Sales Strategist will involve driving high-intent traffic using a combination of paid and organic strategies. You will be responsible for optimizing Etsy and website listings to improve conversions, collaborating with the content team to convert traffic into sales, and setting up strategic Meta + Google campaigns while focusing on ROAS and insights for testing and scaling. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience with SEO, social media marketing, and SEM, as well as strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills. The position offers a 7-10 day paid trial period for evaluation, during which you will receive support with creatives and inputs. You will also earn a commission per sale along with milestone-based bonuses. This is a flexible, part-time, or freelance role with the potential for growth, providing you with the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a globally-minded indie fashion brand.
