The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging in sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. Tasks include identifying market trends, creating marketing campaigns, collaborating with the sales team, and interacting with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in conducting market research and developing marketing strategies Sales and marketing knowledge Ability to work collaboratively and independently Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the photography and videography industry is an advantage

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement customised SEO strategies for two distinct brands (corporate + wedding niche). Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies. Plan and optimise website content for maximum search visibility and engagement. On-Page Optimisation, Optimise meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and image alt text. Improve internal linking structures and ensure schema markup implementation. Enhance website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Off-Page Optimisation, Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies. Collaborate with PR, influencers, and content teams for outreach campaigns. Content SEO, Work with writers & creative teams to produce SEO-optimised blogs, service pages, and landing pages. Create targeted location-based SEO strategies for destination weddings & corporate event markets. Performance Tracking & Reporting, Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs to monitor keyword rankings & traffic. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights & recommendations. Local SEO, Manage Google Business Profiles for both brands. Optimise for local search visibility & event-based keyword targeting.
