Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project/Design Architect located in Noida. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, creating construction documents and overseeing construction administration tasks. Prior experience in Aviation projects will be a plus. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing project submittals, managing architecture projects, leading in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) initiatives, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Qualifications Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills Project Management and Submittals experience Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with urban regeneration and master planning projects Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field experience in Aviation and transportation proejcts is a must .
