Responsibilities Conceptualize creative themes and set designs for maternity, newborn, and milestone shoots. Source, curate, and maintain props, fabrics, and backdrops aligned with Bellies2babies brand aesthetic. Collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and creative directors to bring visual concepts to life. Plan and execute set layouts ensuring safety, comfort, and functionality for mothers and babies. Maintain an organized props inventory and suggest new acquisitions based on trends. Ensure every shoot delivers a luxury, emotional, and brand-consistent experience. Innovate seasonal mini-session sets (festivals, celebrations, milestones). Guide assistants/interns during set preparation, styling, and post-shoot pack-down. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong background in art direction, set styling, or prop styling (photography, film, fashion, or design). Eye for detail with ability to create warm, aesthetic, and storytelling-driven visuals. Understanding of maternity, newborn, and family photography styling. Creative, resourceful, and able to source unique props within timelines and budgets. Organized, with skills in managing inventories, vendors, and multiple shoots. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, child-friendly environment. Passion for motherhood, babies, and family-centric storytelling.
