Job Title: Architect (Hybrid – Pune) Experience: 2+ Years Location: Pune (Hybrid Work Model) About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong experience in producing high-quality working drawings, 3D models, and presentation deliverables. The ideal candidate is someone who can think creatively, work collaboratively, and handle projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed working drawings , construction drawings, and technical documentation. Develop 3D models and visualizations for concept design and client presentations. Produce presentation drawings , mood boards, and design schemes. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and on-site execution. Support design development and project planning activities. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project requirements. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of professional experience in architecture. Strong command over AutoCAD , SketchUp , Revit , or similar CAD/BIM tools. Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). Ability to produce accurate and detailed working drawings . Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and building codes. Strong design communication and presentation skills. Prior experience working on residential/commercial/industrial projects Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Employment Type Hybrid (Pune) – flexibility to work from office and remotely.
