As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, your passion for sales, and your excellent communication skills to drive the success of our brand. Your key responsibilities will include market mapping, conducting student surveys, identifying potential areas for brand presence, coordinating distribution of marketing materials, training campus guards or office boys on distribution techniques, collecting data of trainers and counselors from other institutes, engaging with sarpanches, tutors, and other important individuals in various areas, managing advertising boards, identifying suitable locations for installing boards, wall paints, or other marketing activities, seeking guidance from other institutes, installing sun boards in shops, gurudwaras, schools, and other prominent locations, and liaising with school principals for seminar permissions and other school-related activities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a 3-year diploma after 12th grade. While 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, we also welcome freshers who demonstrate a strong passion for sales and marketing. This is a full-time position located in Bathinda Sri Ganganagar.
