Job Title: Study Abroad Student Counselor

Job Summary:
The Study Abroad Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in pursuing higher education opportunities abroad. The role involves counseling students on suitable courses, universities, and countries, assisting with the application and visa process, and providing end-to-end support to ensure a smooth transition for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
• Assist students in shortlisting institutions and programs based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capability.
• Guide students through the application process, including documentation, application submission, and interview preparation.
• Advise students on visa requirements, financial documentation, and embassy interview preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa regulations.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, and workshops for students and parents.
• Support students in arranging accommodation, travel, insurance, and other pre-departure requirements.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and international partners to ensure smooth communication and processing.
• Maintain proper records of student interactions, applications, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned student recruitment and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Education, Counseling, Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in student counseling, study abroad consultancy, or education sector preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Knowledge of admission and visa processes for major study destinations (e.g., Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
