Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide them through the process of studying abroad—especially in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Assist with application processes, documentation, and visa guidance.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of university programs, admission criteria, and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counseling process.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Counseling, or related preferred).
• Prior experience in student counseling or overseas education (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of German education system is a plus.
