Student Counselor cum Educator

Full-Time | On-Site | Residential School | Mussoorie | Counsellor cum Special Educator for classes 4 - 7

The ideal candidate should be a compassionate and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of guiding students through academic, emotional and social challenges while supporting their holistic development. The candidate should possess empathy towards students and the ability to connect with them on a personal and emotional level fostering a supportive and trusting environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling from a recognized university
• B.Ed is compulsory
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in school counselling and teaching
• Excellent listening, mentoring and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conduct counselling sessions, life skills workshops and awareness programs for students
• Should have knowledge of new academic and career guidance portals and be proficient in preparing Letters of Recommendation (LORs) for students
• Must be willing to actively participate in co-curricular and pastoral activities beyond classroom teaching
• Willingness to relocate to Mussoorie and reside on campus as required
