Student Counsellor(Female)

You are invited to join our team as an Academic Counselor. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. We prefer female candidates with good convincing skills and a pleasing personality. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for creating interest and excitement in the courses offered, gaining the trust and enthusiasm of students and parents. You are expected to anticipate students" needs, provide suitable solutions, and explore innovative ways to generate interest in our products and services based on the students" requirements. Your role will involve counseling students based on their interests, offering accurate information, making outbound calls, and maintaining regular interactions with students and parents. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement. The work schedule includes day shifts from Monday to Friday during morning hours. Additionally, there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available. The preferred education requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree.
