Job Description

Counsellor with Student Counselling Experience Required Job description ✅ Making inbound /outbound calls. ✅ Generate walk_in prospects over the phone. ✅ Follow up with incoming leads. ✅ Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion. ✅ Fixing appointments with students for the counselling team. ✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on tele calling activities, including the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and student profiles managed. ✅ Accurately enter and update student information and documentation in our Edu tech platforms and backend database. ✅ Ensure the completeness and correctness of student profiles, including academic transcripts, test scores, passport details, and other relevant documents. Required Candidate profile: ✅ Excellent and effective communication in English, Telugu and Hindi. ✅ Good spoken English will be the added advantage. ✅ Good convincing skills. ✅ Basic knowledge of using laptops and familiarity with common computer applications. ✅ Positive attitude with a target oriented work approach. ✅ Female Or Male candidates Can Apply Role: Student Counsellor Industry Type: Education Consultancy Functional Area: Counselling, Tele calling and Student Profile Backend Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 30k (Per Month) Location: Hyderabad Education UG : Undergraduate Key Skills Experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage, Effective Communication Spoken English, Team Leading, Telecalling Inbound & Outbound.
