Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Study and understand project drawings.
Estimate and plan required material and equipment for execution of work at site.
prepare weekly/monthly work programme and communicate with the project management team.
Direct and supervise labour / subcontractors at site to ensure quality work and timely completion.
Ensure execution of work as per the contract drawings and specifications.
Execute site layout and record relevant ground levels during execution.
Maintain daily reports, material tracking and consumption logs.
Prepare and verify monthly subcontractor bills.
Coordinate with other project staff to ensure timely completion of work.
Take on any other responsibility given by the project management team to ensure such completion of the project.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with prior site experience in highway/structure/irrigation projects are preferred.
