We help businesses build their online presence and achieve measurable growth. We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new B2B clients for digital marketing services (Website Development, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Generate qualified leads through multiple channels — cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and referrals. Conduct meetings (online & in-person) with potential clients to understand their requirements and pitch suitable solutions. Prepare and present customized proposals in coordination with the marketing and creative teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a performance-based approach. Handle client objections and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. Maintain a detailed record of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in selling digital marketing or IT services (Website, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and ability to explain them to clients in simple terms. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition (agency experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Google Sheets, etc. Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, Zoom).
