The role at Qwikcilver involves acquiring new banking, NBFC, and fintech clients, focusing on card issuing, acquiring, and prepaid portfolios. You will be responsible for opening doors and leading conversations at the CXO, Business Head, and Head of Cards level. Building and converting high-quality pipelines across various areas such as credit, prepaid, and debit card issuance & processing, embedded finance solutions, and enablement layers will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive complex sales cycles involving compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders, and structure and close high-impact commercial deals and partnerships. To excel in this role, you should have 8-15 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development in BFSI or fintech, with a proven network of contacts in banks and NBFCs. Strong exposure to issuing, acquiring, prepaid, and card processing businesses is required, along with a demonstrated ability to hunt and close large strategic deals. Experience in handling long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and a quota-driven mindset are essential, as well as a high level of ownership, agility, and execution bias. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of scaling a category-defining credit infrastructure, providing high ownership and autonomy in a true hunters charter. You will work closely with BU leadership to shape GTM and growth strategy, with your wins directly impacting Pine Labs" market position. A strong academic background such as an MBA/PGDM or graduation from Tier 1 universities is valued.
