Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager International TV Scheduling & Metadata to oversee and manage TV content operations with a focus on scheduling, metadata management, and content enrichment for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in TV scheduling workflows and international metadata standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of international TV scheduling and metadata teams. Create, manage, and validate TV schedules across various international platforms and broadcasters. Oversee the enrichment and standardization of TV content metadata to meet international standards. Coordinate with global stakeholders and content providers to ensure timely delivery of enriched content and accurate scheduling. Monitor and audit schedule accuracy and metadata consistency. Implement and optimize workflows for content ingestion, metadata tagging, and programming. Ensure SLAs, quality metrics, and delivery timelines are met or exceeded. Provide training and mentoring to team members in metadata standards and scheduling tools. Work closely with engineering and product teams to enhance internal tools and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in TV scheduling and content enrichment for international markets. Strong understanding of international TV metadata standards (e.g., EPG, XMLTV, DVB, ATSC, or other relevant formats). Experience working with scheduling software and content management systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexible to work in the 2 PM - 11 PM IST shift . Preferred Qualifications: Any UG or PG. Prior experience working with global broadcasters or OTT platforms. Knowledge of metadata transformation tools or automation platforms. Familiarity with media asset management systems.
