Storyteller

You will be responsible for designing and developing document templates using OpenText StreamServe Storyteller. Your role will involve customizing and enhancing document processes, such as sorting, merging, and channel distribution through email, print, and archive. It is essential to develop business logic in Composition Center and Control Center, as well as create and maintain StreamServe projects, layouts, and scripts utilizing JavaScript and SPL. Collaboration with the Integration team is crucial to integrate StreamServe solutions with ERP systems like SMS, Archival, and Deep.io. You will be expected to monitor and troubleshoot document generation issues, perform upgrades, patching, and system health checks. Additionally, managing user access, security roles, and deployment processes will be part of your responsibilities. Documenting system configuration and development activities is a key aspect of this role. Your expertise should include a strong hands-on experience of at least 6 years with OpenText StreamServe/Storyteller, Composition Center, and Control Center. Proficiency in document output processing and multi-channel delivery is required. Furthermore, you should possess strong skills in JavaScript, JSON, POSTMAN, XML, and XSLT. Experience with version control and deployment tools like SVN, Git, and Jenkins will be beneficial. Familiarity with Opentext Infoarchive, Opentext xECM for SuccessFactors, and Opentext Media Management would also be advantageous.,
