About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Odoo Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo’s capabilities and a proven track record of implementing complex business solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients’ business requirements and the technical implementation of Odoo. Key Responsibilities: Lead Odoo implementations focusing on Manufacturing, Procurement, and Inventory modules. Analyze customer business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. Recommend improvements in existing business processes to enhance efficiency and operational performance. Architect and design Odoo solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices. Provide functional and domain expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and ongoing support. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Support customization, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet evolving client needs. Qualifications: 6–10 years of total IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Consultant. Strong expertise in Manufacturing, Procurement, and Inventory modules. Demonstrated ability to architect and design complex Odoo implementations. Excellent customer-facing skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships. Experience in coordinating with and leading offshore teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solution design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
