We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Warehousing Incharge to lead and manage our warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management & Material Reconciliation Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems in real-time. Conduct routine physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all incoming and outgoing materials. Material Identification, Marking & Labelling Ensure all materials are properly tagged and labelled as per product codes and specifications. Oversee systematic arrangement and storage to ensure ease of traceability and access. Warehouse Operations & Industry Compliance Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the warehouse in line with industry norms. Maintain optimal layout for space utilization and operational efficiency. Implement and monitor best practices in warehousing including temperature control, material handling, and storage techniques. 5S Implementation Establish and enforce 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices across the warehouse. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and organization of warehouse and storage areas. Dispatch & Logistics Support Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Plan and arrange vehicle availability for dispatch and delivery of materials. Liaise with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure cost-effective and timely logistics solutions. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead a team of warehouse staff, material handlers, and support workers. Conduct regular training and performance assessments of warehouse personnel. Collaborate closely with purchase, production, QA/QC, and logistics departments. Candidate Profile: Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and digital inventory platforms. Strong understanding of warehousing best practices, material handling equipment, and safety protocols. Sound knowledge of dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and transportation management. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
