Storekeeper

As a Storekeeper at our location in Kakkanad, Kochi, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe working environment. Your proactive and organized approach will be key to coordinating workflow and maintaining equipment effectively. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as inventory control, inventory management, material reconciliation, and keeping up-to-date records for material and machinery. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline. Your duties will revolve around various aspects such as inventory management, store operations, sales processing, store maintenance, safety and security measures. You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and storing new shipments, ensuring adequate stock levels, managing store staff, maintaining a smooth store operation, complying with regulations, keeping the store clean and tidy, performing periodic maintenance on equipment and infrastructure, ensuring safety and security, and monitoring for theft, damage, or injury. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with proven experience in warehouse or workshop management. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Tally will be considered a plus. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities, a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy items, and operate machinery safely.
