Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinic Operations & ManagementOversee end-to-end day-to-day operations of clinic and storeEnsure smooth functioning of vet consultations, diagnostics, grooming & pharmacyEnsure clinic opening/closing and adherence to SOPs

2. Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue through consultation, grooming, pharmacy & retail salesAnalyze sales trends based on daily footfall, conversion & customer behaviorAchieve monthly sales targets and KPIsUpsell and cross-sell relevant pet care services and products

3. Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer experience for every pet parentHandle customer queries, feedback & complaints professionallyBuild long-term relationships to ensure repeat visits and referrals

4. Store Visuals & Merchandising
Maintain high standards of clinic presentation, hygiene and merchandisingEnsure proper display of retail products as per planogram

5. Inventory & Stock Management
Manage inventory, conduct regular stock audits and maintain optimal stock levelsCoordinate for timely reordering to avoid stock-outsControl expiry, damages and pilferage

6. Finance & Compliance
Handle cash, POS, online payments and daily reconciliation with 100% accuracyEnsure proper billing, daily reporting and documentationImplement and monitor SOPs across all clinic operations

7. Team Coordination
Coordinate with veterinarians, groomers, and support staff for seamless operationsEnsure team attendance, discipline and grooming standards

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Retail Store Management / Clinic Management / Hospital Front Office / QSR / PharmacyStrong leadership, problem-solving and ownership mindsetExcellent customer engagement, communication and sales skillsComfortable with targets, billing software and daily reportingPassion for pets is a big plus
