Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Oversee sales floor layouts to optimize product presentation and maximize sales.
Develop strategies to increase sales performance by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

5-20 years of experience in fashion retail or related field.
Proven track record of success in managing high-volume stores with multiple departments.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention.
