Store Manager

• Showroom Operations: Manage daily showroom activities, staff allocation, cleanliness, product displays, opening and closing procedures, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Sales Management & Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets, monitor daily sales, customer visits, quotations and order bookings, guide staff on customer handling, and monitor discounts and sales performance.
• Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Take responsibility for showroom profitability by monitoring revenue, gross margins, product costs, discounts, operating expenses, and inventory losses; review monthly financial performance and take corrective action.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customers receive proper product guidance and service, monitor pending inquiries and quotations, handle complaints related to products, pricing, billing, and delivery, and ensure timely resolution.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability and movement, maintain inward, outward, return and transfer records, conduct physical stock verification, identify slow-moving or damaged products, and minimize stock losses.
• Quotation & Order Management: Verify quotations for product specifications, quantities, pricing and discounts, obtain necessary approvals, track confirmed orders from booking to delivery, and coordinate timely order fulfilment.
• Team Management: Supervise showroom sales staff, telecallers and helpers, allocate daily responsibilities, monitor performance and attendance, maintain discipline, and train staff on product knowledge, customer service and sales processes.
• Billing & Financial Coordination: Ensure all sales are billed and recorded correctly, monitor daily collections and payment records, coordinate with the accountant on expenses and receivables, review monthly financial statements, and ensure refunds, credit sales and discounts follow approval procedures.
• Vendor & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery schedules, track pending orders and material receipts, manage customer delivery and installation coordination, and resolve or escalate delays.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare daily sales and collection reports, monitor targets, gross margins, expenses, inventory and pending orders, review team performance and customer complaints, and submit monthly operational and financial reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, furniture, furnishing, home décor, or a related retail business.
• Experience in managing showroom operations, staff, sales performance, and inventory.
• Understanding of sales revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, and Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Good communication, customer-handling, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage staff, maintain accurate records, and prepare operational reports.
• Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and billing software.
• Responsible, organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing daily showroom operations independently.
