Job Title: Store ManagerDepartment: Retail / Store OperationsReports To: Area Manager / Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain company policies and operational standards.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Promote products and maximize sales opportunities.

3. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
• Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules.
• Monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Manage stock receiving, transfers, and replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits.
• Minimize stock loss, damage, and wastage.

6. Cash & Financial Management

• Monitor daily cash transactions and billing.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and deposits.
• Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
• Maintain accurate financial and sales records.

7. Visual Merchandising

• Ensure attractive product displays.
• Maintain proper product placement and pricing.
• Follow company merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure promotional activities are implemented correctly.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 4 -6 years of experience in retail operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or store management role.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service.
